Job Description:-
  • Shape experiences by connecting to our brand and influence the way individuals engage, shop and buy.
  • In this role, you’ll drive development of in store marketing strategies and concepts.
  • Support the Store Experience Marketing team within the Home category. Includes, but not limited to:
  • Applying knowledge of marketplace, consumer and category trends to develop in-store marketing business strategies
  • Partnering with cross channel partners to develop in-store marketing presentation strategy for cyclical transitions
  • Leading development of creative briefs for cycle transitions rooted in guest data and insights
  • Leading internal and external partner focus with highest-priority efforts
  • Leading creative evaluation in terms of answering creative briefs. Providing feedback/approval for multiple rounds of creative to agency partners
  • Presenting creative concepts in leader review forums
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams on budgeting, prototyping, production logistics
  • Proactively monitoring progress and effectively communicating project status to leader
  • Set execution checks and hind sighting – evaluate success and clearly summarize key findings
Background Skills:
  • Four-Year degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of marketing experience, strong preference for previous Retail, Home, and/or CPG marketing experience
  • Demonstrated experience translating business strategy into marketing strategy and writing successful creative briefs
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with varying levels of detail
  • Ability to work effectively amidst ambiguity
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with partners internal and external to the enterprise, including effective guidance of cross-functional teams to advocate for Guest-focused solutions
