Description:

  • This role requires a communication professional, responsible for reviewing, re-drafting communication and training plan content in support of CFS US process and technology changes.
  • This role plays a leading part as part of a global project team and will work closely with the CFS Buy-In Lead. 

Key duties and responsibilities:
Communications

  • Support and contribute to the preparation, production and dissemination of communications and knowledge materials.
  • Responsibility for review, including proofreading, editing and formatting of content ensuring adherence to style and high-quality content.
  • Support the coordination of translations of materials.
  • Design, development, branding, delivery and support for all communications including stakeholder, townhalls, roadshows etc.
  • Support teams with research, analysis and drafting of communications e.g. videos, brochures, fact sheets, newsletters etc.
  • Recommend plans for engagement and participation of CFS in communication channels such as Yammer, aLIVE etc
  • Maintain relevant sharepoints, websites, webpages and social media
  • Ensure that all communication materials comply with company brand standards and obtain the necessary approvals where required.
  • Track changes, exceptions and deviations to management
  • Complete updates to procedures as required and issue for training as appropriate            

Compliance:

  • Design and complete desktop procedures for new processes identified
  • Consult and communicate effectively with business SME’s to ensure documents are in compliance with business procedures

Change Management:

  • Support the development and execution of actionable and targeted CFS change impact plans including communication, stakeholder management plan, change impacts and training & project management plan.
  • Engage as the OCM Ambassador at relevant community of practices
  • Work with cross-functional teams to spearhead, gather, and translate ideas into actionable and successful campaigns and solutions that benefit and make an impact for CFS.
  • Support the development and implementation of business process feedback initiatives
  • Interacts with subject matter experts at all levels to review


Training:

  • Assist in the design, delivery and governance of CFS training programmes and initiatives

Other:

  • ad-hoc duties as required

Indicate the minimum experience level and/or training required to perform this job:

  • Train the Trainer Qualification
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in an administration role in a multinational organisation


Experience of both external and internal communications:

  • Minimum 1 year supporting learning and development activities

Essential skills:

  • Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Strong communication skills in English (Written and Oral)
  • Ability to multitask and work to tight schedules within a high-paced environment
  • Professional attitude and an ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to interact with all areas and levels of the organization
  • Customer focused
  • Ability to problem solve
