The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for managing the contracts process from intake to finalization.  This will include reviewing, drafting, and negotiating many different contracts, all while identifying risks, managing the document storage process, and ensuring contract compliance.  A proven ability to thrive in a high volume, fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail are required to be successful in this role.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reviews, interprets, and analyzes contract and service agreements to ensure the terms comply with legal, guidelines, contracting principles, cost constraints as well as with corporate and client procedures.
  • Responds to customer inquiries pertaining to modifications of existing contracts and to facilitate all phases of contract management.
  • Drafts statements of work, inbound service agreements, supplier agreements and other documents needed for vendor and requestor.
  • Assists with compliance document completion, contract validation and access permitting.
  • Collaborates with 3rd Party Insurance Broker to obtain compliant Certificate of Insurance based on Client Requirements
  • Interfaces with the Accounting Department on invoicing and insurance issues.


Required Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience working with corporate agreements, business processes, and/or legal issues.
  • Ability to identify areas of concern and risk in agreements and communicate those risks to appropriate team members.
  • Knowledge of standard business insurance requirements
  • Interest in developing a career in contract management.
  • Ability to work effectively and build relationships with all levels of employees and interface with customers.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environment and balancing multiple assignments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
