Digital Web Design Manager 
This candidate will be primarily responsible for overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of all of company’s public facing websites and provide guidance on the mobile applications. They will need to make decisions on technology used for development and the presentation of our Client's websites and other interactive services.

Job Duties and Functions:
  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of all of company’s public facing websites. Execute best Site Experience (UX/UI) while adhering to ADA accessibility guidelines
  • Strategize with heads of IT and Marketing to steer websites in a direction that is on brand and in line with business needs
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to develop and execute new content and functionality
  • Translate business needs into requirement documents and functional specs
  • Guide team to create design mockups to illustrate ideas or prototypes for proof of concept
  • Work with external and internal design agencies, serving as main point of contact and internal technical lead
  • Manage hosted CMS and train content contributors on how to use it
  • Use Google Analytics and other analytics tools to identify trends and patterns in user behavior and make site optimizations based on findings. Track conversions using Google Tag Manager and GA4.
  • Make design, architecture and content recommendations to optimize user experience and SEO rankings
  • Stay on top of advancements and best practices in web design and make suggestions as applicable for site improvements
  • Work with internal teams to troubleshoot issues with online bookings and player account management
  • Assist Marketing with technical aspects of email marketing platform, such as creation of email templates, and Web CMS Connections
  • Work with internal IT team and external development vendor to build out and improve Web CMS systems and associated connections.
  • Provide a working knowledge of Web Application Frameworks and guides the Web Software Developers in their proper usage
  • Create end-user documentation and document processes as needed
  • Oversee the setup and maintenance of Web Servers, Database Servers, Email Servers, Domain Name Servers, Microsoft SQL and mySQL Databases, and Website Content Management System
  • Approve the application designs and the relational database design for interaction with web front ends
  • Research, evaluate and recommend new technology solutions for business needs
  • Remain knowledgeable about new and emerging technology to implement into the current development environment
  • Perform other incidental and related duties as requested and assigned
Skills, Experience and Requirements
  • BS in Business, Computer Science, or Marketing preferred; significant recent and relevant work experience may be substituted
  • 5 years prior experience with: CSS, jQuery and JavaScript and front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap. Experienced with React and Sitecore.
  • Familiar with web services (SOAP, REST, XML-RPC) and network services (e.g., FTP, SFTP, SSH, DNS, SMTP, and similar technology).
  • Strong technical background with solid understanding of web development principles, including ecommerce, version control, security and relational databases. 
  • Highly proficient with web development and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and HTML editors.
  • Excellent command of web design, UI/UX principles and web best practices including optimizing for different devices
  • Familiarity with major web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Salesforce.
  • Prior supervisory or management experience with at least one direct report
  • Project management experience
  • Familiar with marketing and branding principles, able to apply brand guidelines across web properties
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to identify critical issues and opportunities, evaluate options and suggest solutions.
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Must be resourceful, organized and detail oriented
