Job description:
  •  Having representation at meetings - refinements, grooming, over laps with other meetings the team lead has
  •  Aggregate questions coming in from Dev and finding answers from the team.
  •  Communication with product of status of tickets and work
  •  Keeping track of progress and Jira tickets for the 3 work streams - tracking timelines
  •  Assessing and testing what true capacity and availability of each designer is.
  •  Assessing and testing what true scope of work each task might be.
  •  Aggregate all defect tickets coming into the team - and distributing them to the right people
  •  Help with meeting schedules, coordination and running meetings (getting topics for meetings and setting up agendas - facilitating meetings.)
  •  Monitors project for issues or documented risk and leads risk management by using established metrics
