Description:

  • This role is to assist with a Acquired entity migration and fulfill the needs for their email service to be meet the needs of Optum policies

Ideal Background:

  • The ideal candidate will have experience working in a mid to large enterprise, have in-depth experience working with MS Exchange, email security and processing tickets related to email/exchange/outlook.

The role essentially entails

  • As a member of the email Platform Operations team supporting enterprise email infrastructure with an understanding of email operations, security practices and the user experience
  • Provide technical guidance, oversight, and enforcement of security directives, policies, standards and partner with Non-Integrated Entity scheduled to migrate and integrate them to UHG email security fold.
  • Work in a Microsoft Exchange hybrid environment & perform Exchange migrations in a global large scale environment
  • Work on mail connectors, mail routing, free/busy, email archiving, eDiscovery, DLP, email encryption and SMTP relays (Preferably Cisco IronPort)
  • Work on Active Directory and directory sync into Azure AD
  • Apply DKIM, DMARC, SPF and email filtering configurations
  • Collaborate with business and IT staff to understand strategic and tactical business, application or service requirements, then translate those into securely designed solutions
