Must Have:
•BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent education
•5+ years of experience developing web applications in C# and JavaScript
•5+ years of experience with modern software design patterns, debugging, and refactoring
•Team leading ability, shown by having led a team to work cooperatively with others, continually reviewing objectives and priorities, and accepting collective responsibility.
•Strong understanding of industry best practices, standards, trends and direction
•Plans, schedules, and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives
•Experience working in a Financial Services environment 
•Ability to work across the organization with both technical and business teams
•Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and written communication skills
•Solid experience with Microsoft stack web development (ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
•Competence in at least four areas in the full stack with advanced experience in at least one: Backend development (data access, services, MVC, APIs); Frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript); JavaScript frameworks (jQuery); Database design and development (data modeling, optimization, T-SQL); Infrastructure (DevOps, CI/CD processes, source control, cloud)
•Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively
•Ability to build and maintains software based on strong requirements

Exposure to the following platforms, languages, and databases preferred:
•ASP.NET using C#
•HTML
•jQuery
•CSS
•IIS Web Server
•Microsoft Transact-SQL
•Oracle PL/SQL
•XML/XSLT development
•TFS
•Visual Studio
