Medicare & Retirement is part of a family of one of the leaders across most major segments of the US health care system. Government Programs Digital is part of the Medicare & Retirement Sales team and is responsible for portal development for direct-to-consumer business. We work with Portal IT partners, agencies and external vendors to support our online business and marketing strategies. The Digital Content Coordinator position will work closely with digital team members such as, product analysts, project management, marketing, business stakeholders, product management, and technical members of our organization. Additionally, the Digital Content Coordinator is responsible for compliance of the websites with the Insurance Solutions business and all states and U.S. territories, so strong communication skills are required.

Foundational Responsibilities:

  • Supports documentation, review, and filing of Government Programs Digital web pages and tools impacted by Insurance Solutions regulatory requirements
  • Takes primary direction from lead IS Filing Coordinator
  • Based on information and direction from Product Analysts, Product Managers, Content Managers and other team SMEs:
    • Prepares comps for web pages and tools for filing
    • Creates supporting documentation for filing
  • Leads the comp creation process through IS Marketing Materials (Copy and Art/Creative)
  • Facilitates the review and approval process through IS LCRA (Legal Compliance and Regulatory Affairs) for Product Analysts and Product Managers
  • Serves as point-of-contact to provide GPD team members status on filings, as needed
  • Perform UAT in complex IT environments
  • Work in an agile, rapid development environment
  • Serves as a key resource on complex and/or critical issues
  • Anticipates customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them
  • Solves complex problems and develops innovative solutions
  • Motivates and inspires other team members

Required Qualifications:

  • Digital background
  • High level of comfort with technology and learning new applications
  • High attention to detail, results driven, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced MS Word and Excel knowledge
  • Advanced Adobe Acrobat Pro knowledge
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional relationships and with remote team-members
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple deliverables
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to changing technology
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Some knowledge of HTML
  • Experience in a compliance-driven organization
  • Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.2 or above
  • Experience with Agile Development methodology
  • Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity
  • Ability to work in a matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated ability to confidently communicate with and influence business teams, leadership and IT teams
