Description:

  • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
  • May require a Bachelor's degree in a related area and 7-9 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and per-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
  • Represents the Capital Planning and Division Engineering team as primary point of contact for creating/supporting POs, shopping carts, invoices, and associated supporting project work.
  • Coordinate activities like Forecast Completion Date (FCD), Asset Information Form (AIF) and Project Completion Notice (PCN) with different stakeholder across ADD.
  • Has in-depth knowledge and hands on the system like SAP for business analysis and train/support others as needed.  
  • Support in the identification and development of "Best Practices" in the area of organizational and project budget expenditure processing and tracking.
  • Perform Monthly/Quarterly metrics tracking and reporting.
  • Monitor data for trends and provide recommendations for improvements based on trends Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Resolves project issues by working with team members, project customers, cross functional resources, and others as appropriate.
  • Interfaces with management on significant matters, often requiring the coordination of activity across organizational units.
  • Exercises judgment independently. Drive continuous improvement to improve data quality, system use and adoption.
  • Tracking and trending of capital and expenditure related metrics to ensure execution to annual Capital Plan for Division Engineering, Core Ops, and the Division.
  • Supports all Company initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.
  • Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.
  • Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
