Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • Will work on Interproject - Optum Consumer Engagement Platform

Top Requirements:

  • 6+ Years of Experience in Java 8 / J2EE, JPA Framework, designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms using spring framework
  • 4+ working experience on Messaging services preferably Kafka streaming
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with infrastructure and cloud preferably Azure, Containerization, Microservices, Kubernetes, etc.

Team and Team size:

  • Scrum team Size 6 -8
  • 1 SM, 1 Dev/Tech Lead, 6 - Software Developer

Top Responsibilities:

  • Lead solving complex problems and/or conduct complex analysis
  • Provide explanations and information to others on difficult issues
  • Coach, provide feedback and guide others
  • Identify/quantify scope and impact of business changes on systems
  • Worked in cloud infrastructure like Azure.

Skills/attributes Required

  • 5 - 7 years of experience in Java
  • 3- 4 Years Experience in following

  • Experience developing RESTful APIs or RESTful web services
  • Experience using Java and the Spring Framework including Springboot, Kafka using any RDBMS or any DB. Preferably Azure SQL
  • Experience building batch/back end applications based on Micro services Architecture
  • Proficiency in Jenkins pipeline CI/CD, Github, Docker and Maven, Kubernetes
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps [ Good to have]
  • Good object-oriented programming
  • Knowledge on Continuous Delivery pipeline and DevOps culture (SDLC, CI/CD, Monitoring)
  • Knowledge on Agile Methodology

Skills/attributes Preferred

  • Good communication, Strong Technical skill and experience in Healthcare and Datamart application

Skills/attributes:

  • Core Java, Microservices, Spring, 5 - 7 years of experience in Java and the Spring Framework including Springboot, Kafka using any RDBMS or any DB. Preferably Azure SQL Knowledge on Continuous Delivery pipeline and DevOps culture (SDLC, CI/CD, Monitoring) Knowledge on Agile Methodology
