Description:
  • Seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to deliver marketing and banker engagement strategies for retail credit and debit card products in the U.S. Bank branch, call center, and affluent channels. All efforts will support an upcoming conversion.
  •  Supports conversion model and oversees execution of in materials for retail card products to support the bank’s overarching strategy.
  •  Determines appropriate conversion marketing approach for retail card products with consideration for risk, compliance, customer experience and banker experience
  •  Develops channel acquisition marketing and sales strategy to strengthen penetration and accelerate sales growth.
  •  Collaborates with stakeholders across various business lines and teams to define scope of work and then manages program from materials development to all delivery stages.
  •  Develops tools and sales materials that support the customer information needs at various stages in the sales process, reinforcing U.S. Bank as the partner of choice.
  •  Drives sales and fosters action through channel communications and training programs.
  •  Monitors, evaluates and reports results for retail card initiatives and leverages learnings to recommend modifications.
  •  Ensures compliance and customer advocacy in all activities.
Basic Qualifications
  •  Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  •  Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results
  •  Strong project management skills including ability to manage multiple priorities at once, build relationships and work effectively with internal and external partners.
  •  Ability to execute marketing communication, messaging, and branding campaigns. A strong background in the implementation of marketing plans/campaigns is essential.
  •  Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages
  •  Strong organizational, interpersonal and team building skills
  •  Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  •  Creativity and innovation is essential, and enjoy working in a dynamic, result-oriented environment.
Minimum education requirements:
  • Bachelors degree
