A Day in the Life

  •  Responsibilities include the following and other duties may be assigned.
  •  Stage and release electronic instruction for use manuals (eIFUs) to the client's website (eManuals) for the operating unit, including specifying the attributes.
  •  Review parts prior to change order release to ensure that all requirements for electronic labeling are met, escalating issues as necessary.
  •  Work closely with writers in Technical Communication and Regulatory Affairs to coordinate electronic releases on the website per business schedule.
  •  Work closely with document developers, product development teams, and release planning teams for support of eIFU releases for upcoming market launches and product updates.
  •  Work closely with technical writers and outside print supplier to assist in troubleshooting problems with content, quality, or schedule and negotiate resolution of issues

Qualifications -

  •  Bachelors degree required
  •  Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree in lieu of experience

Nice to Have

  •  Experience in client's  PLM systems such as Agile and Enovia
  •  Experience in client's  SAP
  •  Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate multiple systems and sources to ensure high quality work
  •  Strong collaborative skill set to partner with others across a matrixed organization
  •  Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs approval and/or product release processes
  •  Knowledge of labeling requirements and processes
  •  Formal training in database administration and/or development
  •  Working understanding of quality systems, such as FDA QSR requirements or ISO 9000
