  • Technical solutions analyst working in our physical corporate security space dealing with building access management, visitor management, video surveillance and alarm monitoring applications for our company.

Ideal Background:

  • Ideally would have some physical corporate security or real estate background with experience working with vended applications


  • Experience with technical background of understanding server infrastructure, infrastructure designs, sql databases, ability to triage technical issues and know when to reach out to other technical areas for more help

Top Requirements:

  • Analyze and map all relevant business processes and IT infrastructure
  • Write sql queries; create data analytics and reports to provide to company stakeholders ad-hoc or regular cadences
  • General knowledge of PC support, server management, and network operations

Team and Team size:

  • 7 member team (including myself).
  • 1 Technology Manager (me) – 10years experience
  • 1 Support Level Manager (right hand person) – 15 years
  • 1 Capability Manager (right hand person) – 8 years
  • 1 Technical Solutions Analyst – 5 years
  • 1 Business Analyst – 5 years
  • 1 Business Analyst – 1 year
  • 1 Developer – 10 years

Top Responsibilities:

  • Talk to stakeholders and develop a functional requirements specification
  • Analyze and map all relevant business processes and IT infrastructure
  • Research any rules that might impact solution delivery, such as compliance, data governance, or organizational mandates.
  • Make recommendations for solutions that deliver organizational goals
  • Assist in the design, development, and testing of solutions
  • Oversee QA and deployment
  • Report to stakeholders and senior IT leaders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Write sql queries ; create data analytics reports to provide to company stakeholders ad-hoc or on regular cadences
  • General knowledge of PC support, server management, and network operations
  • General troubleshooting and triage experiences with technical issues
