Job Description:
The Event Technology Implementation Manager will create and deliver Event registration and survey sites. Will understand the technical structure of our mobile event applications, and will manage the necessary steps required to deliver and support mobile event applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Experience and Required Skills:
  • Build registration and survey web sites using the Cvent platform.
  • Project manage our mobile supplier in the delivery of mobile apps as well as loading application data to the online CMS as required by the modules incorporated into the application.
  • Provide quality assurance testing for registration, survey and mobile applications.
  • Provide support for Project Managers, Account managers and onsite staff regarding the building of the registration and survey sites as well as the mobile application.
  • Document best practices and develop with the Technical Analyst basic templates for registration and survey sites.
  • Make text changes to our EngageNGo!™ platform using HTML.
  • Prior Event Delivery Experience.
  • Proven experience using industry leading tools to deliver registration and survey web sites.
  • Experience in following a structured QA process.
  • College degree preferred -- Business or Technology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Technical Aptitude and logical processor.
  • Organization and attention to detail.
  • Creative approach to problem solving.
  • Strong skills in Excel, and using Cvent platform.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A basic understanding of HTML.
  • Exposure to sound quality assurance processes.
  • Ability to travel up to 35%.
