- We are members of the Digital and Technology area of Client.
- Our products focus on API solutions for the enterprise including application authentication, policy governance, API routing, and registry of all applications, services, and endpoints.
- We work in a product model instead of a project model, adjusting to problems being solved as they become prioritized, priority being determined through consistent and constant value analysis.
- The value trajectory we’ve set for the upcoming quarter is to begin building out self-service API management capabilities, implementation of a passport model for handling authentication at the edge, continued reduction of technology costs by transitioning routes from a high-cost system to a custom and open-source platform, and improvement of the developer experience with API documentation.
- These priorities may change as we continue to become aware of our customer’s needs.
- In this role, you will be a critical member of the product leadership team, writing and refining problem statements and acceptance criteria for Client enterprise integrations and API products.
- As a member of the product organization, you’ll be expected to work with the Senior Product Manager to break down the quarterly objectives and key results into consumable problems for the development teams to solve.
- Knowledge on how to work in a collaborative environment with a seasoned agile mindset, commitment to looking through our customers’ lens, and ability to trust the development teams with the solution, are a must.
- You will be fully responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our customers, leadership, the broader product team and the development team through excellent communication and organization skills.
