Account Director, 
Our Client's Account Director acts in a lead capacity for an account executive group of employees within the agency Agency. This position oversees higher profile clients and handles the more demanding deadlines of the business. Also responsible for the performance of subordinates and ensuring those projects go out in a correct and timely manner.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead Account management team within the Creative Agency.
  • Capable of executive-level recommendations with little to no support: seen as an influential leader with respect to professionalism and work ethic.
  • Responsible for the performance and development of the Account management team
  • Lends strategic direction in the management of creative execution
  • Directs and coordinates the day to day efforts on behalf of clients
  • Proactively anticipates how changes may impact the business and the team
Skills and Qualifications
  • Marketing degree plus 7-10 years of agency experience
  • Specializes in relationship building, people management and training,
  • Experience pitching creative ideas
  • Understanding of strategy, marketing and advertising development
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver result with limited supervision and manager involvement
  • Outstanding problem solving and communication skills.
  • Capacity to guide execution with aggressive deadlines and under rapidly changing business dynamics
