Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and co-ordinate various integrated communication and marketing activities for both internal departments and external marketing needs to deliver company brand consistency and overall company objectives.
Assist in the development of our annual marketing and communication plan.
Digital Marketing-development and execution of social media and digital marketing campaigns.
Assist in sourcing or writing/updating content for company website, newsletter and content marketing initiatives.
Develop external sales collateral for sales team including data sheets, brochures, signage and promotional materials for trade shows.
Develop strategic marketing initiatives with key partners.
Work with customers to gather data to develop case studies, references, and testimonials for website and presentations.
Work collaboratively with sales and other cross-functional departments to gauge performance and identify and implement solutions.
Leverage multiple sources of research to provide strategic competitive and industry updates for both sales team and internal stakeholders. Monitor industry data and online blogs/social media to track communications related to the company, competitive set and customers/partners.
Analysis and tracking of traffic and data for website, social media properties and implement improvements to drive growth.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or digital marketing
5+ years’ demonstrated success within a similar BTB manufacturing area
Digital marketing expertise
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced growth environment
Be self-motivated, confident, and energetic
Strong project management and organizational skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Graphic Design skills a key asset
Experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, Adobe Illustrator
Experience with Microsoft CRM or Salesforce
