Projects the candidate will be working on:
- IBM POC - A production pilot to validate IBM technologies, process and methodology as a potential accelerator for AI and/or digital engagement and call obviation in the enterprise. Success Will Prove:
- 1) IBM provides a tangible differentiator with AI/ML model with Watson engine and/or conversational bots
- 2) (TBD) will be obviated from going to a human Initially a POC.
- If successful, may be opportunity to support scaling rapidly in UHG environment.

- 20+, of which majority will be internal to the Tech teams (OmniChannel and EEPS) and some externally with IBM

Top Responsibilities:
- Involved in the definition, management and implementation of POC
- Helping to define work strategies, aligning strategies with resources and desired outcomes, and overseeing planning and execution of the work
- Metrics monitoring, management and risk mitigation
- Drive delivery process (create work breakdown) to ensure various methodologies come together and team is enabled to meet agreed upon scope within committed schedule, budget, benefit and quality
- Partner with the various teams to, identify, understand and document issues, risks, decisions, gaps and drive and take accountability
- Prepare and communicate delivery status to identified stakeholders, including progress, obstacles, risks, decisions, etc
- Knowledge of appropriate tools and methodologies to support wor
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans (including resource assignments, schedules, dependencies, etc.
- Develop, communicate and implement project risk/issue management plans and strategies
- Develop, document and implement project communication plans
- Meeting scheduling and facilitation
Skills/attributes Required
- Project Management experience and acumen. Work independently and in team environment.
- Experience with matrixed environment. Behavioral competencies.
- Upbeat personality with solid communication skills.
- Understanding how to escalate effectively, understanding how to explain what is important, facilitate conversations.
- 5 years+ for each skill/attribute.
