Network Planner

Requirements:

Job Description:

  • The core team is made up of highly experienced and skilled senior planners who are very knowledgeable about the many complex aspects of designing and managing 911 networks. 
  • The team is working on many key initiatives for the business, including industry driven conversions and migrations, as well as internal network optimization projects. 
  • We are looking for an amazing candidate with the right experience and skillset to help us support the high work demand, while ensuring that exceptionally high quality is maintained at all times.

Project Overview

  • Work demand currently exceeds the team’s capabilities, and we need someone to help us support key initiatives for the business (e.g., industry driven migrations and conversions, network optimization, etc.).  

Responsibilities

  • The candidate will start with issuing and managing orders in support of our key initiatives. 
  • Training and increasingly more difficult work/projects will be assigned upon demonstrated aptitude and proficiency.

Skills:

  • Voice/911 network planning experience
  • Impeccable work quality and attention to detail
  • Project management skills and ability to deliver results despite constant obstacles

Experience:

  • Voice/911 network planning experience is required (3+ years preferred)
  • Must have telecom voice network planning experience, with 911 Planning experience strongly preferred

work environment:

  • Small team that works well together
  • Training with a senior team member to start and then largely independent work with continued support from the team as needed
  • Extremely fast-paced, with high attention to detail required at all times.
  • High individual and team expectations, so a candidate with solid experience, strong aptitude to learn complex material quickly and thoroughly, as well as the ability to deliver results is essential

In compliance in compliance with state laws and regulations related to job posting requirements, the salary range for this role is $15.00 -$115.00 per hour (hourly rates in other locations could differ). This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
