Description:
- Responsible for delivering and/or reviewing product or capability performance against expectations and facilitates or influences changes to portfolio to improve value, competitive position, and optimal performance to meet customer or market needs. Partners with internal or external stakeholders (key customers, partnerships, etc.) to define and drive future product or capability direction.
Job Scope and Guidelines
- Own and drive management and evolution of assigned capabilities
- Turnover capabilities to IT for feature elaboration and release planning
- Manages to timelines and schedules of the product requirements
- Sets team direction, resolves problems, and provides guidance to members of own team
- Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges
- Product, service, or process decisions are most likely to impact multiple groups of employees and/or customers (internal or external).
- Support generation of operational readiness considerations related to specific capabilities
- Drive and facilitate stakeholder discussions to ensure requirements are captured and internal stakeholders are aligned
- Obtain director and VP level approval of capability content
- Turnover capabilities to IT for feature elaboration and release planning
- Support the translation of capabilities to features and working product
- Manages to timelines and schedules of the product requirements
- Escalate concerns as appropriate
