- Transitioning onboarding complex data tasks from the Senior Projects Managers to a new dedicated team

Project Overview:
- Supports Advanced Services Project Management Team; designs, develops and supports collaboration, knowledgebase and project management systems and processes using robotic process automation (RPA) methodologies to improve quality and efficiencies.
- Roles and Responsibilities:
- Participate as member of an Agile development team.
- Develop efficiencies to support project management using Power Apps and Power Platform.
- Develop data source connections from multiple platforms to Managed Services’ onboarding Dataverse inventory and transaction tables.
- Proactively seeks opportunities to eliminate costs and improve quality.
- Ensures each project is high quality and meets the measures of success.
- Utilize a consultative approach and maintains strong working relationships across multiple departments; internal and external.
- Conducts meetings with stakeholders to determine objectives and execute on deliverables.
- Ability to gather ideas and requirements from end users and translate into the development process.
Training Info
- Yes, formal training and also mentorship with an experienced peer.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Data Analytics and minimum of 3+ years of related work experience.
- Databases (SQL, CDS, Dynamics CRM, Dataverse)
- REST/RESTful API web services and JSON
- Microsoft O365 Power Platform
- Usability/Acceptance testing and UI/UX best practice
Experience :
- Microsoft Sharepoint Online
- Microsoft Power Apps
- Microsoft Office Power Applications
Previous Experience:
- Telecom is preferred but not required.
