Description:

  • The Analyst/Programmer will be working remotely with a large scrum team (10-14 members), including OGA(offshore) team members.
  • They will work closely with the development lead, product owner, QA and the developers and will be responsible for troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and end-to-end testing.
  • This position will require some programming background and advanced SQL skills, but they will not be a day-to-day developer.

Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • The project is Patient Exchange for Infusion which is a cloud based application used by our Home Infusion nurses.

Ideal Background:

  • The ideal candidate will have a few years of web or cloud based software development as well as extensive experience in troubleshooting issues and finding root cause of defects

Experience:

  • Having both a development and support background that can understand and support complex web applications.

Top Requirements:

  • 3+ years in writing complex SQL queries
  • 3+ years hands on experience in basic troubleshooting of issues in Web Applications using standard developer tools available in browsers
  • 2+ years of experience in software development

They will primary be responsible for:

  • Creating advanced SQL queries for the purposes of debugging and analysis.
  • Using browser development tools to set breakpoints and debug defects; identify root cause of a defect.
  • Use API tools like Postman for debugging and analysis.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years in writing complex SQL queries
  • 3+ years hands on experience in basic troubleshooting of issues in Web Applications using standard developer tools available in browsers
  • 2+ years of experience in software development
  • 3+ years experience in testing and debugging APIs using Postman and experience in writing API service specifications
  • Working knowledge of JSON
  • 2+ years working in an Agile environment
