Responsibilities:
- Create project plans; schedule, distribute, and manage the work; look for continuous improvement opportunities; manage multiple priorities and own project success
- Monitor, communicate, and achieve client expectations through internal and external collaboration; manage client scope and internal budget; monitor client satisfaction with assigned resources
- Define agendas to run internal and client facing status calls and produce accurate, detailed call notes; proactively identify, evaluate, and communicate project risks; enforce process adherence to drive quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Understand big picture strategy while identifying where small details make the difference; prepare for and participate in Design Sessions; responsible for the quality of project deliverables and quality assurance processes; provide onsite support for in-person training events (travel required).

- Proven background of driving projects from conception to completion – gets excited about the creative process while understanding what it takes to get projects done

- Ability to identify gaps and provide creative, timely solutions

- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Comfortable managing multiple project deliverables at one time
- Ability to use project management tools and techniques to create and maintain quality standards on projects
- Strong leadership capabilities across internal and external teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills
- Proven ability to anticipate challenges, recommend options, and drive action when juggling multiple priorities
- Experience managing budgets, processing invoices, and discussing financial status with internal teams and clients
- Develop and manage budgets, while maintaining and meeting timelines
- Pricing and costing experience in the learning industry
- A college degree is preferred;
- 5+ years of Project Management experience required
- Deep understanding of the training industry, especially within life sciences is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge and working experience with medical, legal review processes and large in-person training events is also required
- Experience with the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences market is highly valued
