The Sr. Project Manager will manage the day-to-day activity for the design and delivery of a campaign of training deliverables. They lead a cross-functional team and serve as the primary contact to our clients – their focus is on managing people, process, budgets, and project deliverables.

Responsibilities:
  • Create project plans; schedule, distribute, and manage the work; look for continuous improvement opportunities; manage multiple priorities and own project success
  • Monitor, communicate, and achieve client expectations through internal and external collaboration; manage client scope and internal budget; monitor client satisfaction with assigned resources
  • Define agendas to run internal and client facing status calls and produce accurate, detailed call notes; proactively identify, evaluate, and communicate project risks; enforce process adherence to drive quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Understand big picture strategy while identifying where small details make the difference; prepare for and participate in Design Sessions; responsible for the quality of project deliverables and quality assurance processes; provide onsite support for in-person training events (travel required).

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to anticipate challenges, recommend options, and drive action when juggling multiple priorities
Finance
  • Experience managing budgets, processing invoices, and discussing financial status with internal teams and clients
  • Develop and manage budgets, while maintaining and meeting timelines
  • Pricing and costing experience in the learning industry
Education/Experience:
  • A college degree is preferred; 
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience required
  • Deep understanding of the training industry, especially within life sciences is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge and working experience with medical, legal review processes and large in-person training events is also required
  • Experience with the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences market is highly valued
