Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated technical deliver experience of high complexity, innovative and transformative projects with a variety of leading-edge development languages, platforms and methodologies, with a passion for evaluation and implementation of next generation technologies that are innovative and transformative to the enterprise.
  • Strong knowledge of Experience Cloud sites
  • Minimum of 10 years of application design and architecture leadership while supporting a large scale, Enterprise-level Salesforce implementation. 
  • Experience providing guidance to internal teams as well as others outside of the organization such as through support of Salesforce community and user groups, Trailhead, Trailblazer, etc. “Ohana”  
  • Actively helps to articulate business and technical requirements with vendor partners and also works to keep vendors aligned and compliant to our internal best practices and processes.
  • Demonstrates considerable expertise in at least two Salesforce clouds.
  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of Salesforce metadata and Security and how it is used to control the platform.  Accountable for the development standards and high-level design of platform enhancements. 
  • Familiar with a variety of application development methodologies including SDLC, Agile and Scrum
  • Experience developing web applications that are customer facing
  • Strong understanding and experience with database technologies including SQL and Oracle
  • Able to work individually as well as in a team environment
