Description:

  • Responsible for delivering and/or reviewing product or capability performance against expectations and facilitates or influences changes to portfolio to improve value, competitive position, and optimal performance to meet customer or market needs.
  • Partners with internal or external stakeholders (key customers, partnerships, etc.) to define and drive future product or capability direction.

Job Scope and Guidelines

  • Own and drive management and evolution of assigned capabilities
  • Turnover capabilities to IT for feature elaboration and release planning
  • Manages to timelines and schedules of the product requirements
  • Sets team direction, resolves problems, and provides guidance to members of own team
  • Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges
  • Product, service, or process decisions are most likely to impact multiple groups of employees and/or customers (internal or external).
  • Support generation of operational readiness considerations related to specific capabilities
  • Drive and facilitate stakeholder discussions to ensure requirements are captured and internal stakeholders are aligned
  • Obtain director and VP level approval of capability content
  • Turnover capabilities to IT for feature elaboration and release planning
  • Support the translation of capabilities to features and working product
  • Manages to timelines and schedules of the product requirements
  • Escalate concerns as appropriate
