Position  Overview  
A. Develop a Strategic Plan to achieve step jump increase in Digital Marketing Support business performance in the immediate term
  • Goals of the business performance improvement are to
  • Increase advisors usage, stickiness with the service & eventual revenue growth at a minimum of 50% YoY if not more than that.
  • Maintain strong operating margins or retain them at current levels as we increase level of servicing
  • Elevate the level of servicing / layers/ options through understanding of existing marketing tools, brand and compliance guidelines
  • Focus of the growth exercise with the below in mind:
  • Enhancing our Digital Marketing Approach/ Support to create bottom line impact through increased prospects/ lead generation & ability to directly/ in-directly co-relate the outcome with DM support for advisor practices
  • Increase efficiencies in existing services/ activities. For ex. Is posting 2 original posts per week a good enough tactic or should we strategize actively to come up with post(s) which can create stronger reach/ impact?; Or, how can we use SEO to our advantage and create more traffic and is it possible to track prospects coming from website updates/ support?
  • Create a Playbook for DM team to leverage:
  • Covering advisor onboarding/ engagement, advisor social media presence enhancement and advisor bottom-line impact creation
  • Developing Pricing/ service package
  • The strategic plan shall be in the form of a prioritized set of initiatives to achieve the target objectives
B. Create an Action Plan to achieve the strategic initiatives identified
  • Work with initiative owners to develop Action Plans around each of the prioritized initiatives, including :-
  • Implementation plan; Collateral lists; Ownership; Timelines; Deliverables; Target Metrics
  • Define and Develop a monitoring mechanism for tracking and driving performance across various elements of the Action Plan, including:-
  • Dashboards and Reports
  • Reviews and Meetings
Requirements
The vendors deliverables shall include the following,
  • The overall deck for the following deliverables that the vendor will specifically create/ deliver:
  • Strategic Plan including playbook to achieve step jump increase in Digital marketing space in the immediate term (next 3 years), in the form of a prioritized set of initiatives to achieve the target objectives
  • Action Plan to achieve the strategic initiatives identified, which will include list of potential initiatives for the service and their corresponding Implementation plan; Collateral lists; Ownership; Timelines; Deliverables; Target Metrics; Dashboards and Reports
  • Integrated Marketing and Communications approach for Practice Source
During weeks 1 through 4 of the engagement, the Vendor shall:
  • Understand & analyze
  • Current business model of the virtual back office & journey ramping up support in various areas
  • Digital Marketing platforms offered by the client and compliance guidelines
  • Current DM service offerings & process flow
  • Customer behavior; segmentations
  • Customer expectations & requirements
  • Internal operations
  • Current resource utilization & time spend
  • Identify & finalize Strategic plan, in the form of a long list of initiatives to achieve the target growth and margin objectives
  • Finalize the implementation approach
  • Define PoA opportunity - based on Target Groups and by Revenue/ Margin
During weeks 5 through 6 of the engagement, the Vendor shall:
  • Prioritize growth and margin initiatives based on
  • Value potential
  • Capabilities required
  • Resources required
  • Time required
  • Finalize initiative short-list and assign ownership & targets
  • Work with each Initiative owner to define the Implementation plan, including
  • Success metrics
  • Deliverables
  • Action steps
  • Collateral list
  • Timelines & activity calendar
  • Build out Integrated Marketing and Communications approach deck for the service expansion, based on final initiative lists
  • Submit an executive level storyboard, communicating Strategic plan to achieve growth and margin objectives including the PoA opportunity definition, detailed action plans corresponding to each of prioritized initiatives
During weeks 7 through 12 of the engagement, the Vendor shall:
  • Provide PMO (Project Management Office) support, including
  • Performance review
  • Guidance & support
  • Senior management reports & updates
  • Course corrections (wherever needed)
Deliverables:
Week 6: Executive level storyboard, including
  • Strategic plan to achieve growth and margin objectives including the PoA opportunity definition
  • Action plans corresponding to each of prioritized initiatives
Week 4: Digital Marketing Service implementation approach
Week 7: Integrated Marketing and Communications approach deck for Digital Marketing Service
