Day to Day Supporting Responsibilities:
Monthly marketing dashboard – create dashboards and provide analysis, noting trends and monitoring progress against objectives.
Brand and ad tracking study – manage creative tracking rotation, ad hoc analysis.
Contribute to weekly consumer and industry insights newsletter.
Analyze consumer, brand, product or ad tracking data to inform strategic briefs or other strategic initiatives.
Post-campaign analysis and reporting in collaboration with other analytics teams.
Primary quantitative research development, analysis and reporting.
Analyze syndicated consumer research data from providers such as MRI-Simmons, Ipsos Affluent, Maritz, etc.
Conduct desktop research from resources such as eMarketer, WARC, Statista, etc.
Monitor trends and uncover innovative thinking and ideas from across the industry.
Support new business development initiatives as needed, time permitting.

Qualifications:
4-5 years of experience working in a quantitative or media research capacity. Past experience could include, but is not limited to, planning/research at advertising, media agency or working for a research company such as Hall & Partners, Millward Brown, Ipsos, etc. 
Up-to-date on the latest tools for using, dissecting and visualizing large amounts of data. 
Experience visualizing data with Tableau a plus.
Automotive experience also a plus.

Skills and Competencies:
Must be expert with basic computer tools including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Data visualization skills and experience with tools such as Tableau 
Experienced in quantitative research methods and familiar with qualitative.
High-level understanding of digital, search or social analytics is nice to have but not required.
Must have the ability to look beyond the data to find insights and strategic implications.
Use concise writing, visualization and presentation skills to effectively communicate a story in a clear and compelling way.
Must be an analytical, detail-oriented, thorough, self-starter and interested in people and ideas; a collaborative and strategic thinker who has the ability to make the numbers talk.
