Job Description:
Reporting to the Manager, Data Privacy & Regulatory Compliance, this position will support the Global Information Security Risk & Compliance Team.

We are seeking to bring on some extra hands for a project working with the manager to build out our TrustArc Database. This requires a broad range of skills and experience for various reasons. They are not "data entry" they are building a database content out related to several areas of risk so attention to detail is important. See below for a range of experience/requirements for the right candidates.

• Familiarity with process management and compliance activities such as testing and walkthroughs is required for this role as the data being populated into this tool requires a fine eye for IT Controls Compliance.
• Data Privacy Regulation familiarity is important as concentrating on the accuracy and completeness of fields being populated will be critical and at times will require they work directly with process and application owners to gather missing pieces of information.
• Experience with completing Privacy Impact Assessments.
• Provide guidance during development of internal systems used by the business to ensure appropriate compensating controls are in-place for ongoing compliance.
• Use of tools like OneTrust, TrustArc, or Relyance AI & the technical acumen to manage and enhance the tools and solutions.
• Familiarity and experience with third-party risk assessments (understanding what is being looked at and why - but how that translates to 'internal' data privacy risk is key)
• Provide appropriate reports and updates to GIS management.
• Good to strong experience with excel
• Working knowledge of common IS security regulations and standards.
• Three or more years of experience conducting security control assessments or IT audits
• Project Management experience a plus.
• Process engineering and mapping experience, a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate data privacy & risk concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff.
• Proficiency in the areas of regulations such as HIPAA, NYDFS, GLBA, PCI-DSS, CPRA, GDPR controls and other data privacy regulatory standards.
• Networking and relationship building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, in a team setting.
• A high level of initiative!

This role is remote and they will be provided with VDI. Must have good operating laptop and use a mic/headset for online meetings.
