Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Review existing technical designs, conduct research, meet with and/or interview subject matter experts and business stakeholders and identify elements to be included in each technical documentation deliverable.
• Organize acquired information into a logical and easily understandable format that meets the requirements of each deliverable, and augment with drawings, charts and graphs, as appropriate to enhance understanding of the written word.
• Work with project team members in reviewing/editing documentation to ensure content is accurate, complete and meets all information security and enterprise publishing guidelines and requirements.
• Seek out inconsistencies in information provided by others and follow up with appropriate parties to resolve in a timely manner.
• Ensure all technical documentation is current, accurate, and correctly classified as defined by the org's Information Security requirements, and distribute or post in the pertinent document repository of record. Position Requirements:
• Expert written communication skills and broad knowledge of IT networking and infrastructure.
• Excellent ability to work with others in order to achieve a common goal, resolve conflicts and manage cross-functional and external relationships; ability to negotiate and influence without direct authority in order to acquire information and details pertaining to the successful completion of assigned deliverables.
• Intermediate to advanced ability to solve problems by considering available information, prioritizing and making timely decisions; correlate data using standard business and technology tools and approaches, spot trends and apply sound security and risk management principles. Ability to identify relevant and important elements from conversations, meetings and other written materials that would be appropriate for inclusion in assigned deliverables.
• Advanced to expert level experience in generating and presenting written and oral communications with all levels of stakeholders from various cross-functional and support staff to senior level executives. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts in lay or business terms to non-technical or executive audiences.
• Strong ability to assess necessary activities and prioritize for completion of assignments using excellent time management, prioritization skills and work ethic.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, eight or more years’ experience as a technical writer in an IT organization; or an equivalent combinational of education and job-related experience equal to 10+ years.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
• 2 or more years, college-level education in English
• 3 or more years’ experience as a technical subject matter expert (SME) resource in an IT organization (networking, infrastructure, architecture and/or software development experience)
• Knowledge of Pan-European Public Procurement Online (PEPPOL) interoperability framework
• Familiarity with AS4 and EBMS standards
• Understanding of cloud, AZURE, AWS environments
