Position Summary:
An ideal candidate will have a demonstrable background as a proficient full-stack engineer with end-to-end product ownership (DevOps) in a SaaS or PaaS environment.

 
Responsibilities:
  • Write high-quality code that is loosely coupled, easy to maintain, and testable by design.
  • Support and help empower your team to take on end-to-end development of features, from inception to delivery.
  • Work closely with product stakeholders to provide early feedback in ideation of solutions, helping to consult on viability and initial estimation to aid in prioritization.
  • Collaborate with engineering leads to align solutions across teams.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the team.
  • Drive for improvement and efficiencies across the team. Identifying the need for change, developing people, processes, and systems to evolve and improve.
  • Create and contribute to technical documentation.
Skills:

  • Results-oriented with excellent attention to detail and quality
  • Highly proficient in C#, and .NET Framework/Core
  • Highly proficient in developing web applications at scale utilizing frameworks or libraries such as Angular or React. We use Angular.
  • Self-starter able to balance priorities and operate with autonomy within an agile team
  • A proven track record of successful software application delivery as an individual
  • Skilled in developing performant, scalable, and developer-tested code.
Education and Experience:
  • BS degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)
  • 4+ years of development experience in a mature Agile environment.
  • Strong CS fundamentals, including working knowledge of common design patterns, relevant data structures, and algorithms.
  • Working knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. We use AWS.
  • Experience delivering features frequently in an environment with a strong engineering team DevOps culture.
