Digital Experience & Activation Specialist SUMMARY The Digital Experience & Activation Specialist is responsible enabling and servicing regional .com sites, assisting with global digital product launches, and ensuring comprehensive global digital experiences.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE • Responsible for documenting and distributing Digital Experience & Activation processes and resources • Own Global Ecommerce Service Desk, troubleshooting issues and triaging tasks to respective stakeholders • Assist in communication of digital activation strategies to key stakeholders, ensuring timely and successful product launches • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Master Data, Operations, Marketing, Creative) to execute successful activation strategies • Configure backend product settings and attributes in Ecommerce Platform tool, previewing all updates prior to front-end activation • Engage in regular training and QA with regional site owners • Partner with Digital Operations to ensure product catalog accuracy • Implement personalized and logic driven experiences on regional sites • Organize and share out campaign and site performance reports with key stakeholders
WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in digital commerce, consumer products industries • Quick learner, excited to develop and improve knowledge, skills, and experience • Jira/Confluence, Experience in SAP Hybris or similar Ecommerce platform is a plus • Proficient in Excel • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter • Organized, process-oriented • Strong interpersonal and communications skills • University degree in equivalent field
