SUMMARY The Digital Experience & Activation Manager is responsible for overseeing global digital product launches, optimizing global digital site experiences, and enabling and servicing regional .com sites.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Master Data, Marketing, Creative, Social, Analytics) to develop and execute successful activation strategies • Own communication of digital activation strategies to key stakeholders, ensuring timely and successful product launches • Configure backend product settings and attributes in Ecommerce Platform tool, previewing all updates prior to front-end activation • Test and optimize global site experience—taxonomy, navigation and filters, product recommendations and curation, etc. • Develop and implement solutions for personalized and logic driven site merchandising • Work closely with both external vendors and internal cross-functional partners to iterate on existing systems and functionalities to improve efficiencies • Refine metadata and ensure product catalog accuracy to support merchandising tools • Partner with Analytics team to create and share reports that track campaign and site performance. Use said reports to identify optimization opportunities • Assist in the integration and onboarding of new search and merchandising platform(s) • Engage in regular training, QA, and troubleshooting with regional site owners, ensure successful site performance • Maintain robust knowledge base of Digital Experience & Activation processes and resources • Supervise Digital Experience & Activation Specialist(s) and other cross-functional teammates
WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN • 3 - 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital commerce, consumer products industries, with key experience in Site Merchandising • Comfortable with the rapid evolution of technology, and excited to continue to develop and improve knowledge, skills, and experience • Experience in SAP Hybris or similar Ecommerce platform • Ability to think creatively and analyze data while facing ambiguity and uncertainty • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter • Organized, process-oriented • Strong interpersonal and communications skills • University degree in equivalent field
