Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • The state based Marketplace is the system that individuals will use to apply for health coverage and then based on the application determination will be able to shop for a plan through the website Discharge Management.
  • In addition to the individual system functions there are CSR or Back Office role available.
  • These roles will allow for the functions to manage customer accounts, submit applications (both telephonically and paper-based), verify eligibility, and invite an individual to create a user ID and password to access their account online.

Top Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in walk-through, inspection, reviews, and user group meetings for quality assurance
  • Develop test cases and prioritize testing activities
  • Execute all the test case and report defects, define severity and priority for each defect
  • Carry out regression testing every time when changes are made to the code to fix defects • Prepare the status report of testing activities
  • Supports the gathering and documenting of business requirements
  • Understands and helps to clarify business/technology problem
  • Identifies and gathers non-functional requirements.

Skills/attributes Required

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of IT experience
  • 5+ years of accomplished experience in software testing
  • Excellent SQL skills and experience working with any one RDBMS
  • Good knowledge on Automation framework preparation / usage
  • Test scenario\Test case design skills and knowledge of quality standards
