• Minimum of 6 years working on performance testing and engineering of large scale projects
• Create and execute performance test strategy and test plan, interfacing with all level of the application protocol stack
• Experience in planning and estimation of performance test team activities, manage test preparation and test execution tasks, ensuring they are completed on time
• Work with the entire team to identify potential application and infrastructure bottlenecks and suggest changes
• Set up the performance test process from scratch
• Own the performance test process
• Mentor QA team on best practices
• Ensure highest standard of testing is achieved
• Work on latest technologies and gain insight on new business models
• Expand scope and depth of your technical leadership
• Work alongside architects to set up the performance test processes
• Identify bottle necks, stress and load testing and follow performance testing processes
• Ability to take each performance issue analysis as far as possible, to the point of being able to suggest a fix
• Ability to recommend scope for performance tests and to interpret results
• Financial services business processes an advantage
• Knowledge of tools such as LoadRunner, Performance Center, Jmeter etc
• Experience testing in the cloud AWS, AZURE etc
• Prior knowledge of CI CD, DevOps tech- Gitlab, Gihub, Jenkins
• Previous experience working on Agile projects
• Nice to have previous experience in programming languages such as java, javascript etc…
