  • The Provider Verification Outreach (PVO) team currently receives campaigns that are based on business priorities, call center referrals, regulatory requirements, incorrect information in the Directory, and potential data discrepancies. When data needs to be updated or new data needs to be entered, this is done through uForm. Within the campaign process there are inefficiencies using uForm that create problems and opportunities for improvement in the following areas:
    • Reporting capabilities are limited and require significant time in manual work.
    • Duplication when updating provider data. uForm requires agents to enter the same information across multiple rows and forms when an update or correction needs to be made.
  • Example: If a record has 10 addresses and the provider’s name needs to be updated, the update will need to be done in each form
    • The way data is populated in uForm includes more data than the agent may need at the time which increases room for error in multiple fields.
    • Supervisors currently have to manually assign work to agents

The Veritrak uForm PVO Migration Project will work to enhance the WorkView logic in Veritrak/OnBase for the Provider Outreach (PVO) Team and eliminate the use of uForm. This project will improve efficiencies utilizing the WorkView logic with the following goals:

  • Streamline Reporting: WorkView will provide more efficient reporting capabilities that will require less manual edits and back-and-forth between users.
  • Eliminate duplication in entering data updates: WorkView will allow updates and corrections to be updated one time on one form. By not entering information across multiple forms, the risk for error is significantly decreased.
  • Population of Data: Data will populate in WorkView for the agent providing capabilities to limit data shown or show additional fields.
  • Create Agent Get Work: Eliminate manually assigning tasks and work to agents by automating task assignments in WorkView (this may be done through the EWD project).


  • As a Senior OnBase Developer supporting our OnBase application, you'll have the opportunity to design, implement, and troubleshoot OnBase solutions to support key operations and business objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Review & analyze business requirements
  • Analyze and interpret data to develop innovative solutions for the business and clients
  • Provide end user support and communication
  • Produce, publish and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc client and operational reports relating to the development and performance of products, processes and technologies
  • Design, develop and deploy OnBase solutions that automate business process through Workflow, WorkView/Case Management and other OnBase functionality
  • Plan and test software updates. Troubleshoot and resolve defects or configuration changes

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Unity API and API automation
  • 5+ years of extensive experience with analyzing business requirements and translating the same into technical requirements for effective workflow/work view design
  • 5+ years of experience in OnBase architecture for all of the OnBase clients (OnBase Client, Unity Client and Web Client), Workflow, WorkView, Document Import Processing (DIP), Document Composition, and Mailbox Importer.
  • Hands on experience with SQL, MVC, C#, SQL Server, CSS
  • Deep understanding in configure settings related to OnBase functionality such as Document Types, Document Type Groups, AutoFill keyword sets, Keyword configuration, Data Sets, Keyword Updates, Knowledge of configuration of and Timers to meet business and IT SLA
  • Solid knowledge in OnBase HTML E-Forms, Unity Forms, C# Unity API Scripts, VBScripts & Java Scripts and Integrations (i.e. RESTful API/Web Services).
  • Security profile Configuration experience in setting security at document type group levels for user groups with overriding privileges for Document Types and Security Context Keywords to restrict document access
  • Extensive experience design, configuration and implement complex WorkView and Workflow solutions
  • OnBase Certifications (OCSA, OCWV, OCWF)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge in developing Custom e-forms using HTML and CSS
  • Extensive knowledge of VBScripts and Java Script used within HTML for various validations and aesthetic look and feel of the document
  • Knowledge of writing web services
  • Extensive knowledge of Unity Script development and API used
  • Extensive experience in SQL Server Database developing T-SQL queries, stored procedures
  • OnBase version from 17 to EP5
  • Experience in .Net
  • OnBase Certifications (OCAPI)

Ideal Background:

  • High-Level: Healthcare Payer background and Sr. OnBase development experience that is able to build a complex OnBase WorkView/Workflow solution with little to no guidance based on defined business requirements.


  • Technical: OnBase API and Custom Development Experience (i.e. Java Script, Python, SQL, Web Service)
  • Operational: Healthcare Payer Experience

Top Requirements:

  • OnBase System Administration and Configuration Experience: AND OnBase System Administration (OCSA) is required.
  • OnBase WorkView Development Experience AND OnBase WorkView Certification (OCWV) is required.
  •  OnBase Workflow Development Experience AND OnBase Workflow Certification (OCWF) is required.
