• Implement changes accurately and timely in close coordination with cross-functional peers that include Project Managers, Developers, Testers, Release Managers, and other technical support staff.
• Manage Jira ticket assignments, communicate changes to appropriate teams and ensure key individuals are included in process and communications.
• Create, review, and track change tickets in Service Now.
• Manage relationships with cross functional teams.
• Assist Change Team in the transition to SAFE Agile methodologies, including CI/CD practices, scripting, and close collaboration with agile scrum teams.
• Learn how ACH and Check applications operate and develop into a subject matter expert.
• Engage and adapt to the new Financial Services structure through collaboration with colleagues from other payments offices.
Qualifications:
General Job Requirements
• 3-4+ years of direct relevant technical experience in change control activities.
• Experience with ITIL change control processes required
• Experience with Remedy\Service Now required
• Knowledge and experience with Safe Agile and CI/CD methodologies
• Experience with Jira or similar ticketing tool
• Ability to drive DevOps culture in SAFE agile model, develop/improve CI/CD build pipeline, incorporate automation in deployments, and support multiple agile delivery teams
• Experience with Linux operating systems and command-line interfaces.
• Demonstrated ability to respond to complex problems under tight deadlines.
• Able to present and explain concepts and information to diverse types of audience: executives, managers, subject matter experts, software developers, users, vendor, and other technical staff.
• Perform in-depth troubleshooting in various environments (testing through Production), collaborate with other technical teams (software development, Production Support, Project Management, etc.), and document resolutions.
• Strong communication skills with experience providing technical advice and recommendations that enable others to learn and grow alongside you.
• BS in Computer Science or related information technology.
• Experience deploying and working in AWS cloud experience a plus
