General Summary:

  • Customers exploring a move to as their Treasury Management provider or looking to expand their relationship with expect a smooth, seamless onboarding experience onto our Treasury Management products.
  • The candidate oversees the strategic product management of the workflow tool used internally to support the customer onboarding.
  • The candidate will work with internal users of the system to ensures quality service and effective operations support. Oversees the evaluation of system trends, product development, product position and system enhancements.
  •  The candidate takes the initiative to build business relationships by ensuring the users receive an optimal level of service and product functionality that exceeds users’ expectations.
  • The workflow tool is at the core of how the implementation coordinator completes the customer request in an efficient and timely manner.
  • This role will be expected to work directly with development teams to deliver new features and functionality

Essential Functions:

  • Uses user research to get ideas for product enhancements that users will want
  • Providing management with analyses and reports and responding to questions and requests from management on efficiencies of the system
  • Specifying and overseeing the research needed to determine the needs and desires of users
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are required since the Product Manager has to communicate with team
  • Reviews and recommends new methods and procedures to make daily operations in assigned area more efficient; may participate in project task forces or user groups to represent the department on training or system needs.
  • Follows up with resolution of problems to ensure timely response for the users
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of internal partners, establishing and maintaining positive working relationships
  • Assist in developing, monitoring, and tracking business performance against goals for assigned product line(s) or functional areas. Ensures risk, quality control and customer service goals are met


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Five or more years of relevant experience

  • Possess sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Exceptional customer service skills to work effectively with external customers and internal business partners
  • Possess intellectual curiosity with the ability to assess a situation, seek multiple perspectives, gather required information, and formulate a solution.
  • Considerable knowledge of product/program development, implementation and strategic analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated management, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to determine prioritization for work
  • Comfort working directly with development teams to deliver new features, functionality, and fixes
