• Provide walk up support for desktops, laptops, and all related hardware/peripherals.
• Provide Audio/Visual conference room mitigation and support.
• Onsite inventory management, and coordination with central hardware team.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with customers, associates, and senior management
PREFERRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
• Fundamental understanding of Windows 10/Mac operating systems
• Experience with Office 365
• Able to conduct research into issues and products as required.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks based on priority of incident
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Set-up of Audio and Video equipment for meetings for both onsite and off-site programs
• Oversee day-to-day audio-visual requests and ensure adequate coverage for daily customer needs
• Maintain master inventory list of Microsoft Teams conference systems, conference rooms and other collaboration tools
• Flexible to possible shift changes based on volume
• Must be a self-starter requiring minimal supervision and a can-do attitude
Qualifications:
• 0-3 working experience in providing help desk support
• Working knowledge of help desk software, databases, and remote control
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
• Demonstrated passion for Service Excellence and End User engagement
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with technical and business partners at all levels
