- Looking for a Product Designer to join our UX Design team. We’re looking for a highly collaborative designer and thinker with experience across human-centered design disciplines who is passionate about creating the best possible experience for our customers.
- With your hands-on attitude, you'll work with your team throughout the design process, from identifying new opportunities and problem definition, to concept development, information architecture, design flows, visual and interaction design, documentation, testing and assessment.
- You will be collaborating with other product designers, content strategists, accessibility consultants, user experience researchers, product managers, customer experience specialists, scrum masters, developers, testers and others.
- Deeply understand our customers and users and be their champion.
- Design seamless and intuitive user experiences across channels and platforms.
- Craft compelling sketches, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
- Create consistent and cohesive design patterns that align with and support the brand.
- Effectively document and communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale.
- Collaborate with peers and partners to create holistic user experiences.
- Expertise and skills which set this role up for success:
- 3-5 years of related work experience, such as digital product design, user experience design, design research, and/or content strategy.
- Skilled at defining problems and designing digital experiences to solve them.
- Experience in a range of human-centered design techniques, such as conceptual models, personas, empathy maps, customer journeys, service design blueprints,user flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes at various levels of fidelity.
- Exposure to a diversity of methods and disciplines including service design, product inclusion, accessibility, data science, behavioral design, systems thinking or user research.
- The ability to effectively communicate design rationale, ideas, and solutions to teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of and experience with common collaboration, design and project tools such as Figma and Mural.
- Experience working with style guides, pattern libraries, infographics, iconography and other systems.
- Strong understanding of best practices for designing experiences in native iOS, Android and/or responsive web

- Bachelors in a design related discipline such as Web Design or a related field of study or years of relevant professional experience required
