- Affiliate Campaign Management: Assist with day-to-day details of campaign management, including campaign set-up, execution, optimizations, daily reporting, monthly insertion orders and billing, new product launch, and help troubleshoot any issues
- Vendor Relationships: Collaborate with vendor/agency partners, including ongoing communications, meeting coordination, attend regular status meetings, follow-through with requests and action items, and vet new opportunities
- Creative Assets: Organize and manage copy/creative assets, assess copy needs, gather required assets, submit creative briefs, review copy provided by creative team, implement approved copy, and audit copy on vendor sites
- Compliance Monitoring: Audit 3rd party sites for program, copy and regulatory compliance, work with compliance vendor and other tools to identify compliance concerns, coordinate with compliance/legal/PR teams, and remediate violations with contracted vendors
- Meetings: Attend and participate in meetings with manager, media team, cross-functional teams (such as analytics, marketing operations, or portfolio managers), agency/vendor statuses, and all-marketing presentations
- Industry Knowledge: Build knowledge of industry and marketing trends, including competition, marketing and regulatory, privacy policies, google algorithm updates and potential impacts, shifts in the industry (acquisitions, policy changes, etc.), emerging technologies

- Meticulous attention to detail, ability to notice small mistakes, aptitude for analyzing data to check for errors and inaccuracies
- Experience with Excel (VLookup, Pivot Tables) SmartArt, HTML
