Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • Application integration initiatives enabling modernized solutions to support claims and capitation payment processing, with associated financial system integrations

Ideal Background:

  • 7-10 years of experience in an IT systems analyst role supporting Healthcare claims payment processing and finance accounting application integration projects.

Top Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in an IT systems analyst role supporting Healthcare claims payment processing and finance accounting application integration projects.
  • 7-10 years of experience acting as liaison between Product owner/business SMEs, solution architect and technical scrum team to gather requirements and drive solution design activities. Excellent oral/written communication skills with ability to negotiate/influence business on detailed designs and to drive decisions
  • 7-10 years of experience working with agile teams and utilizing Rally to write features and design USs, as well as leading application integration data mapping activities for API/KAFKA based solutions

Team and Team size:

  • Agile team – 8
  • 1 PM, 1 Product owner, 3 Software engineers, 2 Quality Engineers, 1 Solution Architect

Top Responsibilities:

  • Act as liaison between Product owner/business SMEs, solution architect and technical scrum team to gather requirements and drive design activities
  • Work with agile teams and utilize Rally and other standard templates to write features and design USs.
  • Lead data mapping activities to drive application integration design
  • Develop and execute functional test cases
  • Write SQL queries to perform data analysis

Skills/attributes Required

  • 7-10 years experience in the following roles/skillset/tools:
  • Acting as liaison between Product owner/business SMEs, solution architect and technical scrum team to gather requirements and drive solution design activities.
  • Working with agile teams and utilizing Rally to write features and design USs.
  • Leading application integration data mapping activities for API/KAFKA based solutions
  • Functional test creation and execution skills
  • Working with relational databases, writing SQL queries and performing data analysis
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills

Skills/attributes Preferred

  • Experience driving design and configuration activities for solutions leveraging the Oracle EBS R12 product suite. Ability to negotiate/influence with business on detailed designs and drive decisions.
