Responsibilities:

•    Collaborate with internal business partners to elicit, confirm, and decompose requirements. Lead requirements gathering sessions and manage the process. Propose scope, solutions, and/or iterations of work to the product owner. 
•    Transform requirements into artifacts to be used by the development team, including process diagrams, infographics, story maps, agile stories, etc. Ensures stories are decomposed to a level of detail that can be committed to by the team.
•    On scrum teams: leads discovery collaboration and story refinement sessions. May lead sprint planning, release planning, story sizing activities. Fills in for Product Owner and Scrum Master as needed.
•    Partner with user experience design team and other internal groups to ensure all materials are ready for the product team to begin work on an initiative. 
•    Facilitate team discussions on product architecture; ensure that technical direction is in alignment with business requirements and goals.
•    Provides Product Owner with prioritization and solution recommendations. Takes an active role in ordering the backlog according to roadmap deliverables and work readiness. 
•    Assist in the evaluation of potential operational impacts; works with up and downstream groups to improve processes.  
•    Able to elicit requirements pertaining to site reliability and performance
•    Troubleshoots development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
•    May represent digital team to vendors, defining cross-team requirements and managing vendor adherence. Reports and escalates status to stakeholders and product owner.
•    Comprehend and ensure integration with business processes and best practices of partner departments. Includes: Informatics, Marketing, Digital Experience, Information Systems, Security/Compliance, Content Strategy, Digital Analytics, Platform Architecture, Clinic Systems Administration, Health Plan Operations.
•    Assist product owner and business partners to identify product improvement opportunities.
•    Serve as liaison to business operation areas, providing subject matter expertise, implementation support and troubleshooting. 
•    Participate in business analysis community of practice and embrace best practices and practice evolution.
•    Performs other duties as assigned to accomplish department and organization goals and objectives. 

Minimum Qualifications
-    3 years of experience in business, data, or systems analysis
-    Customer-facing web experience, has worked with UX and UI designers
-    Agile experience and comfort leading agile ceremonies mandatory – teamwork and collaboration are mandatory
-    BA techniques: elicitation, diagraming, acceptance criteria writing
-    Must be able to process-flow complex systems and steps – experience with Visio or Gliffy
-    Able to take on an aggressive learning curve.
-    Self-starter, takes initiative
-    Critical thinking, systems thinking and applying logic to business problems is essential.
-    Thorough, pays attention to detail.
