Projects the candidate will be working on:

  • This person will work closely with our internal teams and client project teams to facilitate IT Organization Change Management activities that drive forward maximum benefit realization.
  • The IT-OCM Consultant will conduct working sessions and develop deliverables focused on defining success and readiness for our service-now implementation.
  • They will drive changes to organizational units, roles, responsibilities, user adoption and processes.

  • Healthcare background/experience

Top Responsibilities:

  • Design organizational change management plans related to IT transformation
  • Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
  • Execute change management strategies and tactical plans
  • Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
  • Support and engage senior leaders
  • Coach managers and supervisors.

Skills/attributes Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years Information Technology experience
  • 10+ years of work experience in IT organizational change management and training
  • 10+ years of experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners
  • 10+ years of experience using communication and influencing skills in a complex matrix environment
  • 10+ years of experience using process and project management skills

Skills/attributes Preferred

  • Change management certifications; CCMP, CMS, CPCM, Prosci, APGM
  • Service-Now system experience
