Job Description:-
  • L4 SEM (Store Experience Marketing) Art Director
  • As an Art Director, you will help with concept, art/photo direct, and design In-store Marketing experiences for Client.
  • You will think conceptually, strategically, and work effectively helping develop world-class creativity across different platforms —including print, digital, store activations, social media, and dimensional.
  • You will collaborate to execute projects by ideating, photo art directing, designing, and helping manage production details.
  • You will champion innovative thinking and you will be expected to multi-task and co-create with associate creative directors, copywriters, strategists, planners, designers, and cross functional partners.
  • Critical to the role is staying current with the latest retail, style, cultural, art, graphic, and tech trends and demonstrating application to projects.
  • You will continuously reference competitive work and design systems to apply learnings into projects and to deepen your understanding of the Client brand, the Client experience, and our guest.
Experience:-
  • 4-year college degree and/or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of professional experience or relevant skills
  • A strong creative portfolio demonstrating Client brand expectations
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
  • Desire and ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to establish rapport with peers
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic print, digital, and social media skills
