Top Skills needed:
- CAPA/Audit Execution experience.
- Program management experience with high visibility projects related to compliance, and strong communication skills especially when reporting up to higher leadership and communicating to large cross functional teams.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Frequent communication regarding project schedule, risks and metrics to senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams.
- Measures performance against regulatory commitments.
- Manage changing priorities on projects through effective schedule management and deployment of PM methodologies.
- Collects data to identify root cause of problems.
- Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls.
- Manages project budget to meet targets.
- Participate in implementing best practice tools and techniques in project management.
- Operate as role model by striving for continuous improvement and being an agent of change
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- To be considered for this role, please ensure the minimum requirements are evident on your resume.
- Bachelors Degree with 5+ years of work experience in Quality and/or experience in a regulated industry OR Advanced Degree with 3+ years of work experience in Quality and/or experience in a regulated industry.
Nice to Have
- Experience with ISO 13485 Quality Management System preferable, but not essential.
- Experience in Quality systems, Complaint Handling, Field Corrective Actions and/or Product Hold Order processes preferable, but not essential.
- Experience in CAPA ownership or management.
- Experience with audit support.
- Experience leading high profile compliance projects.
- Experience managing and tracking projects in Smartsheet's, but not essential.
