Description:
Our client is currently hiring for an Enterprise Data Architect. This role is tasked with working hands-on with Enterprise Architecture team, Enterprise Information Management (EIM) team, and business leaders to implement a modern data management function following Data Ops principles. The Enterprise Data Architect is responsible to create and maintain the enterprise canonical data model; provide guidance, best practices, and logical data modeling expertise to mission critical projects; function as liaison between business and IT to ensure data model meets business needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and maintain the enterprise data model & domain, canonical, and logical.
  • Effectively collaborate with teams across multiple lines of business to examine and identify data models, database structural and functional needs by evaluating their operations, applications, and programming.
  • Lead our teams towards master data management to solve various business use cases with identifying the source of truth, system of record, core data elements and how to keep them in sync on a timely basis.
  • Prepare accurate database design and architectural diagrams for engineers, architects, management, and executive teams.
  • Present solutions and cost estimates to stakeholders, collaborating with them to build a delivery approach and timeline for implementation.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 years of direct experience working on the development of complex logical data model and data design
  • Working knowledge of XML, HL7 and FHIR specifications
  • Working knowledge of domain, logical, relational, and document data modeling at enterprise level or on large projects
  • Experience in BI and Reporting technologies
  • Hands-on strong experiences with relational and non-relational database technologies such as Oracle, SQLServer, and MongoDB
