JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a .net Architect in Houston to join our team of bright thinkers and doers. You’ll use your problem-solving creativity to design, architect, and develop high-end technology solutions that solve our clients’ most complex and challenging problems across different industries. QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements:
- Lead, design, architect, develop, and deliver large-scale Azure data systems, data processing, and data transformation projects.
- 8-12+ years’ experience in .NET Full stack development.
- Strong knowledge of the .NET ecosystem, including Microservices and containers, Web (ASP, MVC patterns), Frameworks (.NET Core and .NET Framework)
- Strong OO design skills with implementation experience of design principles and pattern.
- Solid experience developing applications using back-end technologies: C#, .NET, WCF, Entity Framework.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure SQL.
- Experience with Databricks and Data Lake storage.
- Knowledge of JavaScript and frameworks/libraries such as Angular, React, and/or Vue.
- Skilled/Experience in writing automated unit tests.
- Should be able to tune the application for performance.
- Have exposure to JIRA or similar tools for project management and Bug tracking tool.
- Skilled in database programming (stored procedures, triggers, functions) and Conceptual understanding of ORM frameworks.
- Is aware of industry process like change control process, CICD, etc.
- You will be an individual contributor who is able to work independently and provide guidance to the team members.
Nice-to-have:
- Exposure to Serverless Azure Compute Services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App service, Service Bus.
- Understanding of Spark for data processing and Python.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory – ADF
- Azure Storage such as Blob Storage, Cosmos DB.
- Azure DevOps (Build CI/CD Pipelines)
- Knowledge of JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, frameworks (Angular.js, Knockout.js)
