Projects the candidate will be working on:
- Medicare and Retirement Sales Salesforce & Mulesoft System Solution. SF-Partner Community, Sales Cloud, Service
Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.
Ideal Background:
- Primary focus will be on candidate's hands-on experience with Salesforce, to include applicable Salesforce certifications.
- Candidate should have a strong backgound with successful soft skills, communication abilities (written and verbal). Secondary focus on ETL layer (Mulesoft preferred), agile experience, CICD, Automated testing, mentoring and leading staff as needed.
- We want to be as specific as possible with our firms so they can find the type of candidate you’re looking for. Ideally healthcare, but not necessarily required.
Top Requirements:
- Ability to turn business roadmap items into best practice Salesforce solutions (with some focus on Mulesoft integrations pieces) – 4 years
- Ability to document technical solutions – 4 years
- Direct work with lead developers on solution hand-off – 6+ years
Team and Team size:
- Overall Team is ~30 IT members in various areas of responsibility (Salesforce Dev, Salesforce Admin, Operations, Agile
Coach). Business team interactions is with primarily around 5-6 individuals. Will interact with Enterprise architect(s) as well. - 2-3 Scrummasters, 1 leader, 3 SF Admins, 5 operations, 8 SF Dev, 5 Mulesoft Dev, 6 QA engineers, 1 Release Train Engineer.
Top Responsibilities:
- Ability to turn business roadmap items into best practice Salesforce solutions (with some focus on Mulesoft integrations pieces)
- Ability to document technical solutions
- Direct work with lead developers on solution hand-off
- Direct work with leadership on strategy
- Ability to look into existing solutions and offer opportunities for improvement (if applicable).
- Ability to evaluate 3rd party software or Salesforce modules and make unbiased recommendations.

- Salesforce Architect - 4 years, Salesforce hands-on 10 years.
Skills/attributes Preferred
- Technical skills as defined above along with good personality and soft skills.
