- As a Project Manager at Roundel, you’ll take the lead as you manage Roundel’s campaign projects though the entire campaign lifecycle directly related to Roundel’s clients.
- You will assembling project plans within Roundel’s work management tool Workfront, including project timelines, resourcing assignments, monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, performing quality reviews, and escalating timeline issues appropriately.
- Use your strong analytical skills to ensure project delivery is on time; while communicating milestones and risks to business partners.
- You will partner closely with Roundel’s Sales, Account Management, Creative, and Media Ops teams to understand client’s strategic priorities and lead end-to-end campaigns management.
- Provide oversight of process evolution and solutions to support new & changing business needs.
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Deep knowledge of project management tools, resource best practices, and methodologies (e.g., waterfall and agile). Workfront used as primary project management tool.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented; strong organizational and analytical skills
- Works both independently and well within a collaborative project team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Ability to complete assignments accurately and on-time
- Ability to learn and apply new knowledge and skills quickly
- Ability to apply logical thinking to complete tasks without errors
- Must possess knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques
- Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint
- Effectively manages work with vendor partners as appropriate
- SharePoint experience
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks for self and others
- Experience managing medium to large size multi-million dollar projects and/or experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- High degree of professionalism and high sensitivity for confidentiality
- Strong sense of urgency and demonstrates initiative and follows thru
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change
