Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Leads and supports projects related to master data maintenance tools processes and reports.
Collaborate with Supply Chain and Manufacturing stakeholders on ways to make maintaining master data more efficient and continuously improve MDM processes, tools and accuracy
Strive to proactively resolve technical and process issues impacting the Manufacturing and Supply Chain organizations
This position will play a major role in helping to establish and drive master data governance and management activities and solutions that maintain the integrity of the sales orders that flow from multiple OMS, and of the procurement orders that support our fulfillment of those sales orders.
- Provides recommendations to address and resolve business issues for business stakeholders.
- Plans and organizes project tasks, reports progress, manages and coordinates internal and application managed service (AMS) partner resources.
- Creates test plans, test cases, and test scripts and performs functional testing & maintains system documentation.
- Utilize and build data maintenance tools and reports in SAP S/4 HANA and IBP
- Identify master data dependencies and existing disconnects and proposes more efficient processes
- Ensure process flow documentation is up to date.
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:
- Good working knowledge of SAP Configurable Materials, Variant Classification (Class 300), Classes and Characteristics
- Technical knowledge and experience in setting up VC Dependencies (all dependency types) and Configuration Profiles
- Technical knowledge and experience maintaining Variant Price Conditions
- Must have Variant Configuration implementation experience - at least 5 years
- Experience with Q2C, P2P and Production planning processes (ATO/MTS/Third Party Processing) from VC/Configurable material perspective
- Have cross functional knowledge of SAP Purchasing, Production Planning and Sales and Distribution (VC Integration perspective) along with Variant Configuration
- Thorough understanding of SAP material master data and maintenance tools.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a technical background: Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related IT field
- 5+ years’ implementing, and supporting SAP applications
- 5+ years’ implementing SAP processes in a manufacturing environment
- Winshuttle Studio and Runner experience nice to have
- SAP S/4 data maintenance tools and reports experience
